springs of hope

This ministry will initially serve 50 children in the Nakuru Kenya area. The facility will be positioned on one acre of land on the outskirts of the city.  It will serve as a home for the orphaned children and their caregivers living in the home, providing bed, food, shelter, education, and nurturing for the children. But we won’t stop there.

Hope in the Community. In addition to the above endeavors we would like to start a food and nutritional supplement program for the children in the surrounding areas of the All Nations Springs of Life Church. We want to work with the local community to help establish foster programs for orphans so that the last resort for the children would be life in an orphanage. In turn we can help supplement the families so that they can take on this additional burden, but the children will be brought up in loving Kenyan families.

Hope against Disease. Another goal is to help construct a clinic for All Nations Springs of Life Church so that we can take a proactive approach to address the immediate medical needs including malnutrition, childhood diseases, and distribution of AIDS medications (anti-retrovirals), and provide a facility for visiting doctors.  We would like to establish a storefront drop-in center in the city of Nakuru for street children where we can help them with a meal, a place to lay their heads, and provide a safe and loving Christian environment where they can escape the difficulties of their daily existence.  This will help us build a trust, and bond with these children so that we will be better able to serve them.
