Saturday!

Today we were ready to go again. Daniel, and Victor picked us up today and we went in to town so Elijah could get fitted for Victors wedding, which will be coming up on August 9th. After we were done we went, and got Helen some diapers & bottles for her babies. She has been moved to a new hospital, which is farther away, but a much better facility. It is a Catholic Hospital called St Mary’s. Helen seems to be doing well there and the babies also. Jeff is still on oxygen, but he looks much better, and Joseph actually got him to smile a few times. She has able to go there through a Ministry called Love & Hope. They assist people with AIDS. They want to meet with us on Tuesday since we seem to be the only ones really helping Helen right now.

We also went out to the land where we wanted to see the progress of the tanks being put in all is good. You should see the holes that these guys dig by hand. There were 2 for the water tanks, and one hole was for the Choo (restroom onsite for workmen) it had to be almost 25ft deep. They did this by hand unbelievable. Then we went to a near by Neighbor and talked to her about adjacent land as we my need more. We would like to grow some Food right near the facility.

Well all of this took most of the day, and we are back at home (Jotham’s) tomorrow we will be going to church, and to street church to meet with the street boys again.

Goodnight, and God Bless!

Molly, I am reading and praying. You are not alone. I am amazed at your courage as I could not imagine giving up all the comforts I know. And how brave Elijah is…amazing. We all talk about doing our part to change the world, but you are actually doing it.

    God Bless

    Hi Molly, Joe, and Elijah
I hope and pray you are all feeling better. We really missed you today at church! Tell Elijah that Daniel said it wasn’t the same without him there , but we could feel your wonderful , caring spirit as I hope you can feel the love and prayers going to you accross the miles. I pray for your continued strength and know that every time I think of you it is with a tear and a smile because I miss you so, but my heart is just bursting with love for you and at how fortunate and blessed we are to call you friend. You have touched and are continuing to touch so many lives, you are powerful my friend and I love you !! Hugs and Kisses ,Terri

Hello guys, it’s good to hear that the work with the land is going well. A 25 foot hole by hand!!! Wow!!! It might be different in Kenya than Florida, but here that seems like the sand would be impossible to dig in like that. Thanks for continuing to update the blog. I am impressed with how frequently you are able to come on here to do this; I really love reading about it since I can’t be there with you right now.

On Friday night Bailey and I sat down with our friend Mandy and talked with her for a while about where we want to be serving in the Kingdom. We took some time to pray together for a trip to Kenya and for you guys and your mission. I think that she is going to end up coming too, she’s really interested in Kenya now.

God be with you and bless you. Tell His story to the people of Kenya. Love you.

Molly - I have a whole box of new shirts that my local Univeristy Alumni has and we need to donate them. I will get with the president and see what we can do to get them to you. Most of them may be too big for the kids there, but at least they will be new and clean.

Would we send them to the church or is there an address for packages?

Also, I see there is a chance to sponsor a child for a monthly fee. How does that work? Who administers this program? It is always difficult to commit to something like this unless you know that the money is actually being managed properly.

Thank you & your family for this work you are doing - WOW.

    BJ
